About Mindy

With 33 years of experience as a real estate broker, I have dedicated the past 23 years to specializing in services for seniors. I provide exceptional service tailored to each client’s needs, including navigating the complexities of downsizing, offering knowledgeable market evaluation, developing an in-depth strategic pricing analysis and providing exceptional negotiation skills in high stakes environments. I value client confidentiality and privacy, ensuring all transactions are handled with the utmost discretion and respect. My clients benefit from a unique and extensive marketing plan to showcase a home to its greatest potential, supported by a talented team of stagers, photographers, landscapers, and marketing professionals. My business partner is Maggie Wong. Together, we walk the entire real estate journey with our clients with the goal that every client feels as if they are our only client. In my downtime, I love gardening, walking the trails of Bellevue with my dog Holly, and catching a play at Village Theater. I currently serve as the Lake Hills Neighborhood Association President.

About Maggie

I’m proudly approaching three years as a real estate broker at Coldwell Banker Bain and asMindy’s business partner. I bring extensive skills in research and documentation, as well as a learning mindset to every transaction. Our clients deserve exceptional service, imaginative solutions and positive energy throughout every transaction. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Bain, I worked for the King County Library System as a public librarian and manager. With 13 years of experience in 11 different cities on the Eastside, it was my honor to serve the people and communities of King County. Most of my free time is spent chasing around my husband and two young children at sports and music events. I love to travel (ask me about Bosnia) and always have two or three books queued up on my eReader. May-July, you can see my family at Bellevue College, where we run the home game concession stand for the Midlakes United soccer team.
