FROM THE LIBRARY TO THE REAL ESTATE MARKET
I grew up professionally on the premise that good information changes outcomes. As a librarian and branch manager with the local public librarary system, I spent thirteen years serving eleven cities on the Eastside, and the whole job was helping people find what they actually needed and wanted, not just what they thought to ask for.
On the surface, public libraries and real estate don't have much in common. But in both, people come to a crossroads and need the same things: clear information, honest guidance, and someone genuinely invested in helping them get to the right place.

I don't keep the complicated parts to myself. You'll hear frequently about market conditions, realistic timelines, and honest pricing.. The goal is that every decision you make is actually yours.
02 Local knowledge isn't a tagline.
I've lived and worked here for more than a decade. I know the neighborhoods, the school boundaries, the micro-markets, and the details that matter when you're buying or selling on the Eastside that never make it into a listing description.
03 Good service means being present at every stage.
I work with clients from the first conversation about what they're trying to accomplish through offer, contract, and closing, and I stay just as focused on the details in the middle as I am at the beginning and the end.
THIS IS MY COMMUNITY
My kids go to school here. I've served as PTSA president at my child's school. From May through July, my family runs the concession stand for Midlakes United soccer at Bellevue College, which tells you something about how we spend our summers. I'm a firm believer that we all rise together.
